The App is intended for authorized employees of organizations that subscribe to our IMS platform.

Depending on how your employer configures the App and which features you use, we may collect the following:
Why we collect it: Authenticate you, display your employee profile, and fulfill HR and payroll processes assigned by your employer.
Why we collect it: Verify attendance location as configured by your employer. Location is collected only when you perform an attendance punch, not continuously in the background.
Why we collect it: Support attendance verification, expense documentation, and profile setup. Face detection for attendance may be processed on your device before upload.
Why we collect it: Bind your account to approved devices, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Why we collect it: Provide HR self-service features and allow limited offline use when network connectivity is unavailable.
Why we collect it: Deliver app functionality, maintain security, and diagnose service issues.
We may rely on the following categories of third parties. They process data only as needed to support the App:
On-device face detection during attendance capture. Images are analyzed on your phone; only the resulting photo you confirm is uploaded to our servers.
App distribution, secure storage APIs, and device permission prompts provided by your phone's operating system.
We do not authorize third parties to use your personal information for their own marketing purposes.
Work-related records (attendance, payroll, expenses) are retained according to your employer's policies and applicable law. Locally cached app data on your device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app. Server-side retention periods may vary by record type; contact us or your HR department for details.
Some information is stored locally on your device (for example, sign-in credentials in encrypted storage and offline attendance or expense drafts) until you sign out, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
Sign-in credentials are stored using your device's encrypted secure storage. Data in transit between the app and our servers is sent over HTTPS. Access to employee records on our systems is restricted to authorized personnel and role-based permissions.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please protect your device and access credentials.
You can control App permissions (camera, location, photos) in your Android settings at any time. Denying a permission may limit related features.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
The IMS app is provided to authorized employees of organizations that use the Comprehensive Information Solution (IMS) platform. Your employer is typically the controller of your employment data; CIS Corp. processes data on their behalf to operate the service.
